Job summary

RWS – TrainAI is seeking contributors for a Maltese speech data collection project. You will record natural Maltese speech, annotate data, and follow project guidelines. This is a flexible, work-from-home freelance opportunity with a short daily time commitment (about 2–4 hours) and immediate start.

You should have native Maltese fluency and strong English comprehension. Prior recording or annotation experience is a plus, and reliable internet is required.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Maltese.
• Advanced level of English to understand written instructions.
• Experience with speech recording or data annotation is an advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Record natural, spontaneous Maltese speech following project guidelines.
• Capture speech from approved real-life situations (workplace conversations, casual discussions).
• Complete conversational speech tasks and annotate recordings with metadata.
• Provide required information and metadata for each recording.
