Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Major Incident Management.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and coordinating with stakeholders.
• ITIL certification preferred or equivalent IT service management background.

Responsibilities

• Manage and govern the end-to-end Major Incident Management process.
• Identify, assess, declare, and coordinate major incidents based on defined criteria.
• Lead major incident bridges and coordinate technical teams, vendors, and service providers.
• Drive timely service restoration and communicate incident updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Incident, Problem, Change, and IT Operations teams and conduct PIRs.
