The role emphasizes capacity planning, cross-team collaboration, and implementing improvements to keep systems fast and reliable.

You will guide backup and recovery strategies, support developers and end users, and coordinate with security and infrastructure teams to sustain mission-critical operations.

Qualifications

• Responsible for administration, maintenance, performance tuning, security, backup/recovery, and DR support of M204 databases on IBM z/OS.
• Supports design, capacity planning, change management, problem resolution and operations for database availability and performance.
• Collaborates with security, application, and infrastructure teams to implement enhancements and access controls.
