Job summary

Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to over 175,000 clients nationwide, with a hybrid model of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Boston, MA.

Candidates must be independently licensed in MA (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW/PhD), able to maintain 20 hours of weekly availability, and comfortable using EHR tools and telehealth platforms. The role offers paid orientation, full caseload development, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Massachusetts (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD).
• Willing to provide 15+ sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Behavioral health generalist open to diverse clients, including couples and children.
• Able to work with telehealth and modern clinical technology (EHR tools).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Collaborate within Thriveworks clinical community and participate in supervision where offered.
