Job summary

SPECTRAFORCE is seeking a Program Manager for Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures to lead technology integration and separation projects across hospital, clinic, and ambulatory facilities. This remote, contract role focuses on coordinating network, telecom, and care-communication initiatives within a healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in project management within healthcare IT, experience with MA&D, and strong communication as well as PMP or equivalent credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in healthcare IT/enablement.
• Relatable experience with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or large healthcare integrations.
• Experience leading network infrastructure, telecom, and care communications projects.
• Familiarity with clinical care systems (nurse call, patient monitoring) is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Suite and ServiceNow for project management.
• PMP certification or equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology planning and execution for MA&D across facilities.
• Develop integrated project plans with RAID logs and cost plans in ServiceNow SPM.
• Facilitate kickoff sessions, status meetings, updates, and lessons learned.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across network, telecom, facilities, and vendors.
• Track and report project financials including CAPEX, PO, invoices, and variances.
• Maintain composure and clear communication under pressure.
