Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to lead merger and acquisition integration projects across IOA's network. You will partner with executive leadership, acquired entities, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex transformations.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in project management within P&C insurance, a Bachelor's in Business (MBA preferred), and PMP certification (preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define integration roadmaps, objectives, and governance.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Manage risks, budgets, and milestones.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and status updates.
• Coordinate with executive leadership and external partners.
