Insurance Office of America Integration Manager – M&A is a senior role based in Key West, FL with remote work options for Eastern Time candidates. You will plan, coordinate and execute merger integrations and large transformation initiatives, serving as a liaison between executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years of PM and P&C insurance experience, with PMP certification preferred, and strong leadership, communication, and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale initiatives.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong PM, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and docs.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set scope, objectives and priorities.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives and cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee transformation programs aligning processes, systems and teams.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor milestones and budgets.
• Manage changes, risks, and stakeholder alignment throughout.
• Provide regular leadership updates on status and decisions.
• Document governance records and integration plans for audit trails.
