Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A in Florida to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations and large-scale transformations. You will act as a key liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and priorities.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee transformation programs, aligning processes, systems, and people.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors effectively.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans with milestones and budgets.
• Manage changes, risks, and issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions, and outcomes to leadership.
• Measure progress using PM tools and reporting frameworks.
• Maintain governance documentation and decision logs.
