Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams for seamless transitions.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects ensuring process, systems, and teams align with objectives.
• Manage internal resources, third-party vendors, and stakeholders for proper allocations.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans, ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.
