Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

Lead integration strategy and planning aligned with deal value drivers.
Own tollgate governance and lead reviews with executives.
Drive end-to-end value realization and synergy delivery across functions.
Manage cross-functional integration execution across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and more.
Lead change management and communication to minimize disruption.
Support building and improving the integration playbook, tools, and dashboards.
Influence across complex organizational structures to align stakeholders.
