Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and enforce the integration governance model and decision framework.
• Lead integration across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
• Ensure alignment between functional plans and enterprise objectives.
