The position oversees budgeting, governance, and staff development, coordinating with regional and site leadership to deliver results across the Americas region.

Qualifications

• Strong general management background.
• 5-8 years of operational management experience in contract manufacturing environment.
• Executive leadership skills in building teams, managing change, and communications.
• Ability to build consensus and motivate a performance based team.
• Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
• Ability to develop a strong, positive relationship with people at all levels in the organization.
• Proven ability to manage projects and meet the required results.
• Ability to establish business goals and coordinate resources to meet quality and quantity metrics.

Responsibilities

• Implements proven processes to bring value from the deal or project.
• Participates in due diligence and assessments for potential acquisitions.
• Leads integration planning with functional teams to close gaps to desired state.
• Drives leadership mentoring of the acquired entity's management.
• Manages integration budget, timelines, and priorities to stay within plan.
• Defines success indicators and conducts post-integration reviews.
