Qualifications

• Twelve plus years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering is required; MBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration planning for acquisitions, ensuring realization of value and ROIC targets.
• Develop and implement site integration plans, budgets, and governance across functions.
• Manage cross-functional teams, mentor management, and drive change to align with Celestica's values.
