Job summary

OpenLoop Health, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Development Lead to drive the day-to-day execution of deals from sourcing through signing. You will build valuation models, quantify synergies, and present clear investment memos to senior leadership.

You will work closely with the SVP of Corporate Development, handling data rooms, diligence, negotiations, and cross-functional coordination, including post-merger integration input.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in an M&A advisory group focusing on deal execution.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build the financial models and valuation analyses for each deal, including revenue and cost synergies.
• Manage the deal process: data room, diligence workstreams, meetings, and timelines.
