Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3 years of related field experience
• CPA eligible or CPA exam candidate preferred
• Strong analytic and presentation skills
• Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform or supervise buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence analyses
• Develop clear, well-supported analyses and client-ready deliverables
• Collaborate with engagement teams to identify risks and opportunities
• Communicate findings to clients and internal stakeholders
• Support junior team members and promote a collaborative culture
