Job summary

SchoolWise Partners is looking for an Investment Banking Associate to join their Miami team. This role involves client relationships, supporting M&A transactions, and executing complex financial analyses. Candidates should have at least three years of investment banking experience and strong quantitative skills.

The position offers a base salary of $125,000 with a target cash bonus of 75%. The first 6 months will be remote work until office reopening post-pandemic.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of investment banking experience, ideally in M&A.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills including experience in valuation and financial modeling.
• High level of accounting knowledge and proficiency in 3-statement financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and maintain contact with current and prospective clients.
• Execute tasks involved in M&A engagements including preparing presentations and financial analyses.
• Manage workflow and coordinate transaction execution and due diligence.
