Job summary

Crown Peak Advisors seeks an Investment Banking Associate in Miami, with option to work fully remote. You will originate and execute M&A transactions and capital raises, collaborating with senior bankers across technology and business services.

You will manage day-to-day execution across multiple transactions, develop client materials, mentor analysts, and oversee the transaction lifecycle from origination through closing. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Three–five years of experience in investment banking.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Travel may be required on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of M&A transactions and financings across technology and business services.
• Develop client presentations, pitch books and memoranda.
• Prepare comprehensive financial analyses and company valuations.
• Lead due diligence sessions with clients.
• Prepare and lead client presentations and meetings.
• Mentor Analysts and manage multiple live transactions.
• Conduct industry and company research to support business development.
• Synthesize large data sets into actionable insights.
