Paired is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Associate to support complex M&A transactions, financial analysis, and deal execution. The ideal candidate has a background in investment banking, strategy consulting, transaction advisory, private equity, or corporate development, with strong financial and accounting knowledge and excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities include building complex financial models, reviewing financial statements for U.S.

Competenze

M&A experience required.
Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities.
Solid understanding of financial statements and U.S. GAAP.
Advanced PowerPoint skills and presentation design.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Comfort using AI tools and learning new technology-driven workflows.

Mansioni

Build complex financial models using historical statements, assumptions and projections.
Review financial statements for accuracy and GAAP compliance.
Identify and correct accounting classifications across reports.
Create detailed, polished PowerPoint presentations.
Support all stages of M&A deal execution, including due diligence and materials.
Draft clear, client-facing materials in English.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout transaction processes.
Use AI tools to improve research, analysis, document preparation, and workflow efficiency.
Manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.
