This role works directly with travelers and preferred suppliers to plan, confirm, and manage luxury bookings that align with client preferences and expectations. The specialist ensures accuracy, professionalism, and a seamless booking experience from initial inquiry through completion of travel.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Service

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking luxury travel arrangements and experiences
• Assess client needs, preferences, timelines, and budgets to recommend suitable travel options

Luxury Booking & Coordination

• Research and secure accommodations, transportation, tours, and related travel services

Supplier & Vendor Liaison
