• 3+ years in luxury travel advisory.
• Experience managing high-net-worth clients.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and luxury booking platforms.
• Deep knowledge of luxury accommodations, villas, air travel and experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create extraordinary travel experiences with Senior Advisors.
• Design personalized itineraries around member preferences.
• Coordinate hotels, villas, transportation, dining and experiences via Marchay’s network.
• Build trusted relationships with members throughout planning and travel.
• Develop deep knowledge of leading destinations and properties.
• Manage complex trips with accuracy, organization and attention to detail.
• Contribute ideas to elevate the member experience.
