Qualifications

• 10+ years hotel management experience, including 5 years as GM or AGM in luxury hotels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, and finance, remotely.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue goals, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Maintain and elevate the luxury brand standards, ensuring an unparalleled guest experience.
• Lead, inspire, and manage the on-site executive team and staff through effective remote communication and leadership.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 5 years as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a luxury hotel setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and achieving financial targets.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience managing remote teams or departments.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality standards, guest services, and operational best practices.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and revenue management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with hotel management systems (PMS) and virtual collaboration tools.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-discipline and organizational prowess.
