Responsibilities

• Receive reservations and upload required data with extreme accuracy.
• Monitor drivers and vehicle locations; coordinate service and schedules.
• Determine types or amounts of vehicles and personnel required per reservations.
• Keep customers informed by answering questions via phone, chat, and email.
• Perform other duties as required.
