The role focuses on resolving inquiries across channels, providing product information, and maintaining data accuracy while collaborating with delivery partners

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury/high-end customer service environments such as call centers, boutiques or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, empathy, and integrity in difficult conversations.
• Decision-making on returns, refunds, and credits when appropriate.
• Able to handle peak demand with a flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays).
• Proficient with PC, headset, camera, reliable internet; no satellite.
• Strong familiarity with desktop applications and quick learner of new sites/apps.
• College degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for Shopbop and deliver a high level customer experience.
• Serve as primary contact for customer issues across multiple channels (email, phone, live chat, social).
• Provide product and service information to customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Shopbop’s products and services.
• Handle inquiries and incidents per policies and SLAs.
• Maintain accurate data capture and provide customer insights.
