Job summary

The RealReal is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to qualify consignor leads and hand them to the right sales channel in a fully remote, fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact, performing outreach and nurturing leads via multiple channels.

You will use Salesforce and other internal tools to educate prospects about the consigning process, brands accepted, pricing expectations, and next steps, helping grow the consignor base and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development and lead qualification.
• Ability to qualify marketing-generated leads through outreach and inbound inquiries.
• Proven ability to pass qualified leads to appropriate sales channel.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for prospective consignors.
• Qualify marketing-generated leads via daily outreach and inbound inquiries.
• Pass qualified leads to the appropriate sales channel to close consignments.
• Nurture leads through ongoing follow-up via phone, text, and email.
• Educate leads on the consignment process, brands accepted, pricing expectations, and next steps.
