Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a Program Manager, LTSS to support strategic planning and readiness activities for Medicaid LTSS programs. You will lead pre-procurement, operational readiness, RFA/RFP responses, and cross-functional project management within Geisinger’s Population Health department.

Post-award focus includes program performance, regulatory compliance, and collaboration across clinical, operational, network, and community teams to deliver high-quality, person-centered service and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years managing people, processes, or projects (Required).
• Knowledge of Medicaid managed care and LTSS programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of the LTSS program, including administration and strategy.
• Organize programs and activities aligned with Geisinger's mission and goals.
• Develop and expand programs to support organizational strategy.
• Implement changes to achieve program goals and initiatives.
• Lead and supervise assigned team members and administrative duties.
• Develop and manage program budgets and operating plans.
• Create evaluation methods to assess strengths and identify improvements.
• Ensure goals in customer satisfaction, safety, quality and performance.
• Produce timely reporting of program status and risks.
