Job summary

Side is seeking a Localization QA Game Tester to join our multilingual team. You will review translated text, images, and UI in a live game, flag language issues, and ensure cultural accuracy for European markets.

This 100% remote Europe role can transition to full-time, or remain as a freelancer. You’ll collaborate with global teams, follow console guidelines, and contribute to high-quality localizations for major titles across PC, consoles, and mobile, while learning from seasoned QA

Qualifications

• Fluent in Turkish and conversational English.
• Strong cultural understanding of the language.
• Computer literacy, especially Excel.
• Strong internet research skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with various software, apps, and websites.
• Able to communicate clearly and collaborate in project teams.
• Located within the Schengen Area.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a global project team.
• Identify and correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors.
• Ensure adherence to console guidelines.
• Log bugs and provide improvement suggestions.
• Ensure accurate translation in context and consistent terminology.
• Verify content display of dates, calendars, and characters.
• Prepare reports on errors and perform ad hoc translation.
• Oversee quality of own work and contribute to project success.
