Qualifications

• Valid and current LPN license (minimum).
• High school diploma required; further business degree preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer software and troubleshooting.
• Strong 40 wpm typing and accurate data documentation.
• Ability to work under deadline pressure and communicate well.

Responsibilities

• Conducts telephonic interviews for insurance applicants in a quiet environment.
• Receives calls from CSR to complete telephone interviews with Long Term Care applicants.
• Uses scripted follow-up questions to collect data thoroughly.
• Documents health history concisely and accurately for underwriting.
• Keeps interviews on topic and completes tasks per MOS guidelines.
• Maintains 85% productivity and 96% quality on interviews.
