Job summary

illumifin Corporation is seeking a telephonic interview specialist to support long term care insurance applicants. Remote role with a Monday–Friday schedule, 12p–9p CST after training, with initial weeks 8a–4:30p CST. You will gather health history and lifestyle data for underwriting theory, in a quiet home office.

Required LPN license and high school diploma. Experience with Microsoft Office and fast typing are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid and current LPN license.
• Education: high school diploma.
• Proficient in basic computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must type at least 40 words per minute.
• Basic functional math skills.
• Heavy telephone contact with customers and staff.
• Work from home employees must have high speed internet and a phone line.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic interviews for insurance applicants in a quiet, professional environment.
• Receive calls from CSR area to complete telephone interviews.
• Use pre-determined follow-up questions for data collection.
• Document client health history concisely and accurately.
• Record history and lifestyle information for underwriting.
