Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inbound call management and patient engagement.
• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
• Outbound calls to patients as needed.
• Triage patient issues and connect with Triage Nurse team promptly.
• Review and transcribe medical records and address patient resources.
• Coordinate with Provider Relations, Triage Nurse, and Pharmacy Techs for triage and refills.
