Job summary

Brave Health is hiring full-time Licensed Therapists to deliver outpatient services through our telehealth program. Work entirely remotely from home with a Monday–Friday schedule (9am–6pm or 10am–7pm CT).

Requirements include a Master’s degree and licensure, English fluency (Spanish preferred). Base salary ranges from $69k to $76k, with annual bonuses up to $100k for top earners, plus PTO, health benefits, and growth stipends.

Qualifications

• Master's level degree and licensure are required.
• Proficiency in telehealth tech and HIPAA-compliant workflows.
• Fluency in English; Spanish skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy via telehealth within Brave Health programs.
• Develop treatment plans and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with clients to achieve therapeutic goals and ensure privacy.
