Job summary

Brave Health is hiring full-time Licensed Therapists to deliver outpatient services through our telehealth program. This role is 100% remote from home with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Bilingual Spanish speakers may receive additional compensation and opportunities to work across Medicaid/Medicare networks. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends) with standard daytime shifts and a strong emphasis on privacy, HIPAA compliance, and meaningful patient impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and licensure in mental health.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• Private home workspace with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health services via telehealth.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with care team to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and secure handling of patient information.
