Job summary

OptiMindHealth is seeking licensed clinicians to deliver remote mental health services as LPCs. You will conduct evaluations, diagnose, and implement treatment plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
Full, current, unrestricted LPC license to practice independently.
Experience with electronic health records and documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate mental health conditions and develop treatment plans.
Provide high-quality care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Apply creative, evidence-based interventions to help clients meet goals.
Submit session notes and maintain documentation per policy.
Maintain at least 32 patient care hours per week for full-time status.
