Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field and full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health conditions and develop treatment plans with documentation according to company policy
• Provide high-quality care and collaborate with the clinical team to meet patient needs
• Utilize creative interventions to help clients reach goals
• Attend clinical meetings and trainings and coordinate with other care providers
