OptiMindHealth is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for remote full-time or part-time positions. The role emphasizes clinician-led, flexible care, strong administrative support, and opportunities to treat diverse client populations.

Starting salary ranges from $62,000 to $80,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits and a collaborative multidisciplinary team to support growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience and willingness to work collaboratively to meet deadlines.
• Comfort with diverse client needs.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement a treatment plan, with ongoing documentation.
• Provide excellent care and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• For Full-Time status, maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week.
• Coordinate services with other care providers and staff.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
