Job summary

Stonebridge Independent Counseling Center LLC in Texas seeks a licensed LPC to diagnose, treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, and guide patients through crises. You will provide individual and family therapy, create personalized treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation while adhering to licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field.
• Current LPC-TX license.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Having current clientele and planning to migrate them over is a bonus.
• Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred.
• BLS and CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments.
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and/or children.
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client.
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan.
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards.
