Thrive Mind Family Therapy in Mesquite, Texas, seeks a licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time remote position. You will provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families, supporting emotional well-being and growth from a home-based setting.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and apply evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and strict confidentiality are essential, with ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active LPC license in Texas.
• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and ethical standards in practice.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions such as CBT/DBT to facilitate client progress.
• Provide counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups addressing mental health concerns.
