Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one mental health counseling sessions with clients via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Employ evidence-based and solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to individual client needs. This may include cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, and other therapeutic approaches.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique challenges and goals of each client, regularly updating these plans based on ongoing progress assessments.
• Help clients gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, facilitating personal development and emotional resilience.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
