Renewed Path Counseling seeks a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a fully remote, full-time role. You will provide evidence-based mental health services to adults, creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment from home.

The position requires an active PA LPC license, 2+ years of clinical experience, and proficiency with EMR systems and teletherapy platforms. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and ongoing professional development are key aspects.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active and unrestricted PA LPC license.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience in clinical/outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and teletherapy platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
• Provide evidence-based interventions (CBT/DBT/solution-focused) for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Coordinate with psychiatrists and social workers for integrated care.
• Develop and maintain detailed confidential clinical records in line with ethics and legal requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training.
