Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as an LPC in New Jersey.
• Ability to practice independently without supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and empathetic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms.
• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to client needs.
• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans to promote positive outcomes.
