Job summary

Renewal Roots Center is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our fully remote team in a full-time capacity. You will conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based therapies to individuals and families, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.

Strong candidates hold an active Colorado LPC license, with 2+ years of clinical experience and proficiency with EMR systems and telehealth platforms.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active and unrestricted Colorado LPC license.
• Min. 2 years of clinical counseling experience.
• Strong ethics and legal compliance knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse clients.
• Proficient with EMR systems and remote counseling tech.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitate sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists to coordinate care.
• Maintain detailed EMR records in compliance with regulations.
• Engage in ongoing training and stay updated on mental health research.
