Job summary

Renewed Purpose Social Services in Chandler, AZ is seeking a licensed professional counselor (LPC) for a full-time remote role. You will build therapeutic relationships, conduct assessments, and deliver evidence-based therapy to a diverse client base.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling or Psychology, active LPC licensure in Arizona, and at least two years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling or Psychology is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as an LPC in Arizona.
• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with EMR software and telehealth technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify client needs and tailor treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, SFBT) in individual and group sessions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation in compliance with standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training.
