Brave Health is seeking a full-time Associate Therapist to provide outpatient services via our 100% remote telehealth program. The role offers a base salary of $60k–$63k with an incentivized bonus structure for eligible employees.

Roles operate Monday–Friday with no weekends, and include a comprehensive benefits package (PTO, medical/dental/vision, liability insurance) and opportunities for growth through an annual stipend. Bilingual Spanish holders are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
• Home workspace privacy for patient safety and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy through Brave Health’s telehealth program.
• Collaborate with clients to achieve treatment goals.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and private home workspace.
