Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience in HFT or low-latency systems.
• Advanced proficiency in C++ and low-level systems programming.
• Experience with kernel bypass networking and nanosecond-level optimization.
• Hands-on experience with FPGA integration or hardware-software co-design.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-frequency trading systems using C++ and performance-oriented techniques.
• Implement kernel bypass networking and hardware acceleration using FPGA.
• Optimize system performance with lock-free data structures and memory management.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers to translate trading algorithms into efficient code.
• Conduct deep profiling and tuning to remove performance bottlenecks and ensure reliability.
