Job summary

BIP US is seeking a Senior C++ Engineer to drive a modernization of a high‑performance market data platform. You will migrate exchange feed handlers to the Redline platform, preserving latency, throughput, and exchange-specific functionality for electronic trading applications.

The role demands deep expertise in C++, Linux, and low-latency systems, with collaboration across architecture, infrastructure, and production teams to achieve deterministic performance in production.

Qualifications

7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Expert-level C++ development on Linux for low-latency systems.
Experience with real-time market data or electronic trading.
Strong knowledge of North American market data protocols.

Responsibilities

Migrate proprietary exchange market data feed handlers to the Redline platform.
Ensure functional and performance parity between legacy and target architectures.
Develop high-performance C++ applications for latency-sensitive environments.
Collaborate with architecture, infra, and business stakeholders.
Improve reliability, observability, and production readiness of the platform.
