Lifeforce is seeking a Board-certified Nurse Practitioner to join its remote, 1099 team. The role focuses on HOT, hormone optimization, weight loss therapies, and personalized care plans delivered to members at home.

Qualified candidates work 20+ hours weekly, may operate across multiple states, and engage in a fast-paced, startup environment with ongoing learning and technology-enabled care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner.
• Active, unrestricted licenses in multiple states.
• DEA registration to practice medicine in multiple states.
• Interest in remote, 1099 contractor role.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic test interpretation and lifestyle recommendations.
• Provide HOT, weight loss management, and peptides when appropriate.
• Develop understanding of proprietary supplements and advise accordingly.
• Balance efficiency with thoroughness while completing visits and tasks.
• Use evolving technology to deliver care and communicate with members and internally.
• Communicate clearly to improve member outcomes and meet standards.
• Maintain genuine empathy and meet members where they are.
• Meet quality and productivity standards as reviewed with management.
