Lifeforce is hiring a remote healthcare leader to work with Health Coaches, supervising NP/PA clinicians and leading a clinical Pod focused on hormone optimization, weight loss, and cardiometabolic care.

This flexible, remote role offers 20-40 hours per week with a pay rate of $120/hour, plus paid training and malpractice insurance as part of a mission-driven team advancing preventive healthcare.

• Work alongside Health Coaches to provide care for hormone optimization, weight loss, cardiometabolic treatments, and lifestyle strategies.
• Provide required supervision of NP/PA clinicians and lead a clinical Pod.
