Job summary

WM is seeking a Customer Service professional to ensure delivery of excellent service through accurate and fast processing of orders. You will provide logistics support for the movement of recycled materials domestically and internationally and coordinate with departments to meet customer needs.

The role is remote: ideally located in the Pacific/Mountain Time Zone and requires strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration with vendors and carriers to keep shipments on track.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of relevant customer service and exporting material experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; basic Excel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to monitor inventories and production needs.
• Arrange and negotiate third-party freight costs for timely service.
• Monitor shipment status and respond to customer inquiries.
• Invoice processing and vendor payments under contracted terms.
• Collaborate with sales to exceed service expectations.
• Provide timely feedback on service failures or complaints.
