Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience within logistics, transportation, and freight forwarding.
• Proven ability to generate new business and achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Account Management & Growth: Manage and grow assigned accounts or territories to achieve revenue, volume, and margin objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular meetings, calls, and proactive communication.
