Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, inventory planning, or warehouse operations.
• Experience in multi-site coordination or project-based execution.
• Experience with ERP/WMS and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Support site distribution plans to align warehouse positioning with installation schedules and site readiness.
• Execute warehouse mix plans (SKU, quantity, timing) based on supply, inventory, and project demand.
• Identify gaps in buildable material availability and adjust to improve site readiness.
• Coordinate with warehouses on staging, kitting, and outbound readiness for site deliveries.
• Track site material readiness and support sequencing of warehouse releases to align with installation milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement in distribution planning and warehouse flow efficiency.
