Job summary

Hudson Technologies Inc. is seeking a Logistics & Distribution Analyst I to support and improve the end-to-end order-to-shipment lifecycle through data analysis, system expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role monitors order flow, resolves daily exceptions, and develops practical, data-supported solutions. The candidate will work with Customer Service, Distribution, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, Inventory, Planning, Finance, IT and more.

Qualifications

• Excel proficiency with pivot tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF statements.
• Power BI experience to analyze performance and communicate insights.
• Experience with ERP like Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle and understanding of order/inventory/shipment flows.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; identify anomalies and root causes.
• Familiarity with order management, inventory, warehousing, and distribution processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor ERP order flow from release to invoicing readiness.
• Develop and improve daily/weekly reports on order status, backlog, aging, and performance.
• Use Excel, Power BI, ERP tools to analyze high-volume operational data.
• Build dashboards and tools to clarify performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Reconcile ERP, warehouse, transportation, inventory, and reporting data.
• Investigate exceptions and coordinate corrective actions with teams.
